Les Agences W. Pelletier are happy and very proud to announce the exclusive agreement with Medeco Canada for the distribution of Medeco products for the province of Quebec.
Starting December 1st 2011, APA's Montreal and Quebec City branches will be the designated locations of choice to supply all our customers in the locksmithing industry. We are also happy to announce
the arrival of Mr. Denis Loiselle among our internal sales team for our Montreal branch. Denis already has more than four years of experience with Medeco and we are very proud to have him with us. He
will ensure the transition for the closure of Medeco's St-Laurent branch.
Our mission is to be the distributor of choice for all our customers in the locksmithing industry. Working closely with our customers and suppliers so we can offer the very best continues to be a very
important value for us. Our service, our technical support, our wide range of locksmithing products, and to be able to deliver your goods day and night with our 24 hours lockers are unconditional
criteria required of our staff.
Our internal and external sales force is comprised of more than 40 representatives. Our staff is bilingual, and we already have experience as a Medeco distributor for the province of Quebec. In order
to serve our customers, our Montreal branch has a secure key duplication and keying workshop.
We also distinguish ourselves by our training rooms in Montreal and Quebec City, whose purpose is to train our employees as well as our customers. Every year, we organize training seminaries in order
to promote our manufacturers' products and to maintain a high quality of service. For several of our competitors, price is their reason to be, for APA, our ultimate mission is to serve you well.
